Aphelion 2nd album. A Raw Black Metal band from the Great Plains and Ozark areas of the US and consists of KD (vocals), who pulls double duty as both a vocalist for several other bands and is a freelance artist (Dahmer Art), ZV (drummer) who is a welder, and BT (guitar) who is an educator.
Aphelion has drawn comparisons to everything from Darkthrone to Celtic Frost, but Aphelion maintains a uniqueness thanks in large part to KD’s “caustic”and “seething” vocal style. Since 2019 Aphelion has released 2 EPs (I and II) and 1 full length (The Chill of Heavens Abandonment).
